Torres Jewel Co

The challenge:

Torres Jewel Co engaged Zib Digital to modernise their logo, brand identity, and website. A key challenge was integrating their extensive database—which included a wide range of diamonds, pendants, gemstones, and metal bandings—while streamlining the complex purchasing journey. The existing site involved too many steps before reaching the checkout, leading to a high drop-off rate. Simplifying this process without compromising product detail or user experience became a central focus of the project.

The solution:

The project began with the development of a new logo, followed by the creation of a cohesive brand look and feel, which was applied to the homepage design. Once the client approved the new visual direction, I collaborated with the production team to develop a streamlined site map that simplified the customer purchasing journey while accommodating the full range of products in the database. A functional prototype was then created and presented to the client, who approved the proposed design solution. The final phase involved extending the approved branding and visual elements from the homepage across the entire website to ensure consistency and a seamless user experience.


What was delivered:

Updated branding and logo that correlated across to a new website with an enhanced customer experience that linked back to their old database.
