The Challenge:
In late 2021, Harcourts New Zealand engaged Zib Digital to enhance the performance of several underperforming branches across both paid and organic social media channels.
The Solution:
An initial audit was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Harcourts existing paid and organic social assets. In collaboration with the production and performance teams, a strategic approach was developed: paid content would focus on recruitment and property appraisals, while organic content would target property sellers. A wide range of creative assets were produced and launched, resulting in strong engagement and performance.Following the campaign rollout, the team reviewed performance insights to refine strategies for future initiatives. Over the course of four years, consistent results led to increased trust, and Harcourts expanded the partnership by assigning additional New Zealand branches to Zib Digital for ongoing content creation.
