Case Study

Inspektor Homes

Inspektor Homes was initially founded as a startup company in Melbourne & was looking for a modern yet corporate look & feel that would attract younger / first home buyers to their newly built & easy to use App to book property inspections. Their other big target audience were building inspectors that were looking for work or needed help managing their current tasks which the App also assisted with.

The challenge

Since Inspektor Homes was a newly developed company. There was no awareness of who or what they were or what their App even does. So creating a modern and corporate brand identity was advised by the client because the founders wanted to attract potential investors overseas as well having a launch campaign to create the jump start they needed.
The branding would also determine how the future UI presented itself look & feel wise.

The solution

A modern and corporate brand identity was developed with the focus on first home buyers because if they signed up to the platform then the secondary audience of building inspectors looking for work would follow. Also the single minded proposition and messaging that Inspektor Homes was the leading and only technology of its type in its industry was developed as well.

Also research and further data confirmed that the main target audience were avid users of social media and that competing companies in the industry failed to capitalise on the trend. So a social media campaign was created to help create awareness about the brand and inform the audience of helpful tips and tricks about looking for their first forever home.
